DURHAM TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE – $112.7 MILLION
Funding supports the construction of a new 86,000 square foot Allied Health Building providing modernized spaces including simulation labs and other classroom labs to meet local requirements for medical assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, pharmacy technicians and other health professions. Funds will also support construction of a new 36,000 square foot Life Science Training Facility and Classroom Building to life science industry training needs. Finally funds support land acquisition to address future expansion.
